I'm just now checking this thread out
Had a lot to deal with the last few months, pretty sure I've been depressed (family loss, other bs), and been a hermit, not working out, etc
I'm 6'4 and have gotten up to 288, which is some bullshit, even though I "wear it well" and no one believes I weigh that damn much
I usually work out regularly, and don't really have a problem sticking to anything once I get myself in the mode mentally. I read this whole thread and you guys results are REALLY motivational, especially
