I drink lemon or mint infused water all the time (water with sliced lemon in it). It's the only way I'll drink water because water is nasty as fuck. With this type of water I can just guzzle it and not be bothered by the taste.

Will that break my fast?

and back to the workouts thing.

its all about discipline. when i work out its all about getting it in. its just what we have to do.

when i am out there on the road running i am just thinking to myself i am doing this to be better not because its fun.

if you want to be better you have to stay disciplined and realize that this is not about what you want to do its about what you have to do.

That's crazy because I'm a couple inches taller than you, weigh about 217 now, and I have no stomach at all. That was the first thing that went for me...

And I've always done 16:8, but actually it ends up being 18:6 or 20:4 because I eat only when I'm hungry. I can do a 24hr fast with no issues whatsoever, and that includes workouts and a full 9 hour shift at work.

I just put my girl on the 16:8 IF plan, and she has a solid workout plan too. Lawd that tall red mufucca gonna be fun to fuck

Yeah I was thinking of going to the doctor to figure out the gut issue, I always had it and it's something I hate.

Came in one lb under my goal weight on Friday's weigh in. (214 lbs). I had a get together to go to for my niece who won an internship at Microsoft, so I wanted to look nice.

I went to try on clothes and literally nothing fit. And the things that I made fit were either 90's hip hop baggy or crumpled around the waist because the belt was in the last notch.

Went to the mall to get a few things...I had been wearing a 40-42 waist, so I figured a 38 would be fine to wear. Picked up some cargo shorts, those new Air Max in that pink/white/green colorway, and a shirt to match.

Put everything on, fuckin pants were still too big. I'm a 36 waist now. I haven't been this slim since my freshman year of college. That was in 1998.

This shit is CRAZY. I'll never go back to regular eating. I eat whatever the fuck I want, go apeshit on Saturday, rebound the rest of the week, and still either lose or maintain my weight.

Y'all are always putting us up on game. I swear bgol is the best spot online, for everything.

I work in a cubicle jungle, so I recently bought 3 pair of weights (9, 10, & 12) off Craigslist for $20 and I use the 10 pounders at work. I'll do the exercise below for 10-40 seconds depending, and then flip my wrist to do the same thing. I do this randomly 8 to 10 or more times a day



Sometimes I'll do it one arm at a time, sometimes I'll do both at the same time, or bring the weights forward and hold them out in front of me. today I overheard one of my coworkers talking about me filling out my shirts so which working and the ladies are noticing.

I hit the weight bench at home and do 7 reps of 10 with 115 lb. also but I really feel the effects of the at work weight work in my obliques


Man you look like me at work bro! I be doing all kinds of workouts between assignments. I Also work at a desk all day and the majority of my co workers are big, they use to think I was crazy but now everyone is in on it. We have like a lil trail behind our job and sometimes during breaks I walk the trail and now people started joining me. CEO even noticed the shit and we started a weight loss competition.

I keep moving up and down in weight only because I keep switching up from lifting heavy to HIT

Glad to see all my brothers in here getting healthy seriously man.

I like it so far, I just ate and the last meal before that was 4am (overnight work)

I'm gonna eat again at 4am then not eat till tomorrow until after I workout around 8pm.

I've been drinking water and coffee (one cup) and I feel better already.

On my off days I try 20-4 split if I can survive but working days I do 16-8.

I tried on some jeans and already feel them fitting more loose. I'm picking up that scale you posted.

Major props, I wanna get down to 185 and lose the gut.

Still holding strong at 214lbs...
Straight in maintenance mode now.

Got a nice lil schedule going too for my workout. Coffee starts brewing at 930a, alarm clock goes off at 940a, get up freshen up drink my coffee with stevia, then hit the gym by 1030a. Haven't missed a day in 2 weeks now I'm good.

Yep, best thread of the year, I'm going to very low carbs also now, so in about a month I will be shredded, now that summer has officially arrived it's time to really cut

Well, I've cut 27 pounds since I started fasting. Was at 213 solid but wanted to get leaner. Going to lose 5 more and just maintain my size. Eating window is still 1-8 pm sometimes I cut it shorter sometimes depending on how I feel. Weightlifting and cardio as usual and I'm disciplined on my on my food intake at the moment. Light carbs, mid proteins, healthy fats and lots of water.
